What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm CST. 

When will my order ship? 

Our current turn around times can be found on the header of our site. We typically ship quicker, but have these days set in place in case of delays with our vendors or things that pop up with our daily life that is out of our control.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not, but are hopeful to one day soon be able to.

I have a problem with my order, what do I do?

The item I want is sold out, when will it come back?

Some items are exclusive to our themed launches and will not come back. There is no guarantee that the colors or prints can restock. Your opinion counts! Please become a part of our Facebook VIP group (Made by Jess VIP) to vote on restocks, get insider deets and of course lots more!
